1. Fetch Superbowl Campaign:
Supporting Fetch team’s efforts to re-activate users prior to a large SuperBowl TV campaign during the 4th Quarter, Supporting a live TV commercial campaign, with the goal to push users to a live in app event during the 4th quarter of the Superbowl
Drive dormant Fetch Reward users who have not been in the Fetch app in 30-60 and 60+ days
Goal: Cost per App Open of $3-4
Challenges: Fetch Rewards wanted to bring as many dormant users back into the Fetch App as possible before their internal live SuperBowl event in which they hosted a reward giveaway
Solutions:
- YouAppi segmented a large audience into two different buckets to efficiently target lapsed users to re-activate in the app
Results:
- YouAppi drove 372K users to the app during the SuperBowl campaign
- Average Cost of app open at $1.06, CPA goal exceeded by 130%
2. Fetch Play Campaign
Drive users who have not added a “Fetch Play” game within the app to download and play, earning rewards
Goal: Cost per user game download of $5
Challenges: Fetch Rewards users
Solutions: YouAppi Split campaigns into two different buckets:
- Users who have signed up but never downloaded a game within Fetch Play
- Users who have downloaded a game previously in Fetch Rewards, but have had low activity recently
Results:
- YouAppi was able to scale the campaign while maintaining an average Cost per User Game Download of $1.34, CPA goal exceeded by 113.48%
3. Fetch Scan Campaign
YouAppi targeted users who were on the cusp of scanning a receipt, a valuable metric for Fetch, and drove users to scan a receipt to earn in-app rewards
Goal: Cost per first user receipt scan of $5 IDFA.
Challenges: Fetch found that many users were downloading and opening Fetch, but fell off before scanning a receipt (one of their main KPIs)
Solutions:
- YouAppi worked with Fetch to develop a set of audiences who have completed a signup, but have not yet scanned a receipt in the app.
Results:
- YouAppi Drove users to scan an initial receipt at a cost of $4.82 per user, CPA goal exceeded by 3.67%
